  • Editing your book when it is finished and advising you on plot inconsistencies and weaknesses (as well as weeding out the typos and grammar bloopers!)
  • Formatting your book into eBook and paperback format.
  • Setting up your Facebook ad campaigns.
  • Designing your advertising graphics and writing your ad text.
  • Setting up book giveaways.
  • Introducing you to my cover designer who can design your cover (at extra cost).
  • Figuring out book pricing strategies.
  • Strategizing on marketing tactics. Showing you promotional tools on social media platforms and how to use them effectively.

Fair question. I have been writing in one form or another for most of my life (I am 49 now). I have been a tech journalist for 20 years, and a fiction author since 2017. Since 2017, I have written and published 20 fiction novels (with many more on the way), and three of the German translations have hit the Amazon bestseller list.

No. No videos. What you get is my personal undivided attention. I will provide everything as PDF-formatted notes for you to refer to later.

No. Anyone who guarantees something is lying to you. All I can do is help you build the foundations and advise you on what to do. The rest is up to you. It’s a long-term process with a lot of hard work. You’ll fail before you succeed. You need to accept this before you begin.

Nope. No contracts, no minimum period. No deposit. When you don’t need me anymore, we end the consulting arrangement. No notice necessary.

All meetings will be pre-arranged video calls on either Zoom or Google Meet. I am also available on FaceTime and WhatsApp, but for the tutorials, we will need something with screen sharing capabilities.

YES. My hourly fee is my own personal fee. But when starting out, you will have to buy tools and online services, which you should consider as a long-term investment (tax-deductable too!). You also need to have a Facebook Ads budget and a website hosting plan.

This is absolutely impossible to predict. You will lose money on Facebook Ads before you don’t. Profits also depend on the quality of your book, reader reviews, your genre, and what marketing you do. Too many variables to make a prediction.

I am in Germany. The timezones will be a major consideration when planning when to meet up. But we will figure all that out.

I accept payments via Stripe.com . Using Stripe, you can pay by credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and many more. If you have an account with Wise.com, I can accept payments there too.
